Vehicle Description
This custom 1939 Ford Woody Wagon has been modified and
refurbished. It is powered by a 350ci V8 engine paired with a Turbo
400 automatic transmission and a Ford 9-inch rear end housing an
open differential with 3.55 gears. The engine is equipped with a
single carburetor fitted atop an aluminum intake manifold and
tubular headers connected to a dual-exhaust system. Cooling comes
from a Griffin aluminum radiator with a single electric fan. In
addition, it has COMP Cams camshaft, Edelbrock air cleaner and
valve cover treatments, along with a March Performance-sourced
serpentine belt system. It also includes a replacement TCI chassis,
power-assisted rack & pinion steering, front disc brakes,
adjustable coilover suspension, air conditioning and power windows.
The metal bodywork and fenders were refinished in Dark Jade
Metallic, and the wood body and structure were replaced by Warrior
Wagons of New Cuyama, CA. The exterior also features V-shaped
bumpers, a split front grille and running boards. The 15-inch
artillery-style wheels have a black finish accented with chrome
trim rings and hubcaps, all wrapped in 15-inch Coker Classic wide
whitewall tires. The interior includes custom bucket front seats in
two-tone leather, along with a matching split bench. The interior
trim has two-tone leather, wood door panels, green wool carpeting,
a faux wood-grain dashboard housing an analog clock and wood
