Vehicle Description
This custom 1977 Ford Bronco underwent mechanical and cosmetic
refurbishment, including a replacement 302ci V8 engine sourced from
a 1988 Mustang and features a cone-style exposed air filter, a
mass-airflow conversion kit, Hooker Competition headers and Holley
Aero Chamber mufflers. Power is backed by a 4-speed automatic
transmission. Equipment includes a dual-range transfer case and
dual fuel tanks. The truck was refinished in its current shade of
red in 2015 by Bronco Connection of Norfolk, NB. Other features
include a white-finished removable hardtop, a receiver hitch, and
chrome mirrors and bumpers. The wiring harness, body hardware and
weatherstripping were replaced in 2016 by Kelly-Moss Road and Race
of Fitchburg, WI. Braking is provided by a hydro-boost setup with
front discs and rear drums, and the truck is equipped with manually
locking front hubs. This custom Bronco received a 2.5-inch
suspension lift, and it rolls on Fuel Off-Road 15-inch wheels
wearing BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires, including a matching
spare wheel and tire mounted to a swing-out tailgate carrier. The
cabin features Corbeau seats upholstered in black with red cloth
inserts. Additional features include an auxiliary fuel tank switch,
three speakers, power windows and a vintage-style aftermarket radio
with Bluetooth capability. The dashboard was refinished in 2016, at
which time the dash pad, carpet and door panels were replaced. The
leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a combination gauge
containing a 100-mph speedometer and readouts for charging, fuel
level, coolant temperature and oil pressure. The seller states the
oil was changed, the air filter was cleaned within the last 500
miles and the belt intermittently squeals on start-up. ** PREVIEW
