This 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback Resto-Mod underwent a complete
rotisserie restoration by GQ Creations-Auto. It's powered by a
professionally built and tuned fuel-injected 408ci V8 engine mated
to a TREMEC 5-speed manual transmission. Under-the-hood features
include performance aluminum heads, Holley Sniper fuel-injection
conversion, fabricated engine compartment completed in Metallic
Charcoal, ceramic-coated headers, shock tower delete engine
compartment, CVF aluminum deluxe serpentine kit, power booster
master cylinder and proportioning valve, all-aluminum radiator with
transmission cooler and electric fan, and a Holley Hyperspark
distributor. It also features a Currie 9-inch Ford nodular
posi-traction rear end with 3.50 gears, custom H-pipe exhaust with
chrome tips, dual 0.375-inch aluminum fuel lines and an EFI 255-lph
fuel tank covered with two-stage paint. This car rides on fully QA1
adjustable height and valving coilover shocks front and rear, TCI
power rack & pinion steering, chrome tubular front sway bar, chrome
drop-spindle assembly, front chrome tubular upper and lower control
arms, fully adjustable 4-link rear suspension,
adjustable-performance cross bar, and 4-wheel Wilwood power disc
brakes with 12-inch slotted/drilled rotors and multi-piston
performance calipers. The underside is sprayed in RAPTOR Liner and
Satin Black paint. The exterior features a 1966 Shelby-style hood
scoop and a Mach 1-style rear spoiler, as well as new glass and
windshield. The body stance was dropped 3 inches at all four
corners, and the Mustang rides on 17-inch custom U.S. Mags wheels
with Nitto Extreme tires. The fully restored interior has modern
touches that include custom foamed and upholstered seats, custom
door panels and headliner, multi-speaker Bluetooth stereo, a
Vintage Air system, Dakota Digital dash gauges, Holley Sniper
monitor/computer/touchpad and electric power windows integrated
