Vehicle Description
With just over 500 miles on the odometer, this 2017 Ford Shelby
GT350R is one of only 46 cars for the model year finished in
Lightning Blue Metallic with white racing stripes, over an ebony
Miko suede and cloth Recaro interior. Power is derived from an
all-aluminum 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 engine that features a flat-plane
crankshaft, dual overhead camshafts and variable valve timing, with
a factory-rated output of 526hp and 429 ft/lbs of torque. Power is
sent to the rear wheels via a Tremec TR3160 6-speed manual
transmission with a 3.73:1 Torsen limited-slip differential.
Additional coolers for the engine, transmission and differential
were standard. The R-specification suspension features a MagneRide
damping system and braking is handled by two-piece brake rotors
with Brembo calipers at all four corners, with 6-piston front and
4-piston rear. Exterior equipment includes the R-Electronics
Package, a carbon-fiber rear wing, a rearview camera and a Shelby
exclusive trim package. The exterior also includes automatic HID
projector headlights, a carbon-composite front grille, functional
hood and fender vents, a front splitter with the Shelby logo, a
carbon-fiber wing, LED taillights with sequential turn signals and
quad exhaust outlets. Removable white lettering has been added to
the front splitter. The black-painted 19x11 carbon-fiber 7-spoke
wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. Interior
equipment includes dual-zone air conditioning and a voice-activated
touchscreen radio with navigation, and the cabin features Recaro
sport seats trimmed in ebony cloth and Miko suede along with
color-coordinated door panels and carpets, as well as an omitted
rear seat specific to the R models. Spare Shelby-branded floor mats
are included in the sale. The passenger-side dashboard plaque
designates this GT350R as chassis HR102. The Alcantara-wrapped
steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an
8,250-rpm redline, auxiliary gauges and a central multi-function
digital display. Additional gauges for oil pressure and oil
temperature are mounted in the center dash. A commemorative plaque
displays the signature of the engine builder. 505 actual miles.
