Vehicle Description
This 1957 Chevrolet Nomad Resto-Mod is powered by a 383ci V8 custom
built engine by Keith Craft Racing equipped with a Mass-Flo EFI
system and mated to a TH-700R4 automatic transmission. The engine
has been dyno-tested at 519hp. This example underwent a rotisserie
restoration with new stainless-steel screws and fasteners and is
sitting on an Art Morrison GT custom Tri5 Sport chassis with
Strange coilover 4-wheel independent suspension and Wilwood disc
brakes. It also features Victory Concept One polished aluminum
serpentine pulley system with hydro-boost power brakes and
steering, Be Cool oversized radiator and an oversized
stainless-steel gas tank. The body is unmodified, except the
rear-wheel wells have been tubbed to accept the extra-wide Foose
wheels. With all brightwork triple-chrome-plated, it is equipped
with new glass all around, Dakota Digital instruments and clock,
and an Ididit steering box. The interior features seats from a 2009
Mustang along with multimedia and A/V navigation that also displays
a back-up camera. The Vintage Air system uses the original dash
controls. This 4-year project was completed in 2013 and the car has
approximately 1,500 miles since completion. The sale includes build
data, invoices and engine blueprint data. **TITLED AS 1957 CHEV
