1957 Porsche Speedster Replica
Built in 2009 by Vintage Speedsters, Hawaiian Gardens Calif who specialize in Speedster replicas, and have been producing these cars since 1988.
The Speedster body is made of fiberglass, it is built on the chassis of a 1974 VW Beetle, from which it retains a VIN, and is registered as a 1974 classic vehicle.

Powered by a 1600cc Volkswagen flat-four, air cooled, dual Webber carburetors, 75hp engine, running through a four-speed manual transmission.

Exterior
The exterior of this Speedster is in excellent condition. The fiberglass body is free from damage and finished in a pale yellow with very good depth and gloss.
Color tint is consistent across all panels, and the panel gaps are remarkably tight and consistent, with no waviness or fitment issues noted.
Up front, the sloped nose of the Speedster is clean, with no paint chips or pitting visible.
Along the sides, the body panels are free from nicks or dings.
Chrome trim along the body line and the rocker panels are all in excellent condition.
Wheels are steel with proper chrome center caps with Kumho tires with good tread depth.
Up top, the Speedster style low-cut windshield is topped by a new Navy fabric convertible top in excellent condition, with rich color and taut over the frame, and a clear plastic backlight.
Interior
The interior is in excellent condition, well cared for and free from defect.
The tan leather low-back bucket seats free from wear or fade, with firm padding, and feature wide seat bottoms with bigger bolsters for the seat bottom.
Wooden-rim Nardi steering wheel look brand new with no flaws.
Carpeting is plush and like new, in a dark navy-blue hue to match the convertible top.
The instruments panel is minimalist and features period-correct gauges with a proper font,
The dash top is taut and free from fade or cracks.
Mounted just below the period-correct dash is a modern stereo unit with Bluetooth capability, running through speakers in either door.
In the front trunk, the navy-blue carpeting looks untouched, with a properly secured spare tire
