True Tennessee deep woods barn find
This GMC was the shop truck at a Gulf service station in Jefferson,
TN.
2 brothers worked there after high school and later purchased the
truck when the service station closed.
The brothers put a 383 Chevy motor in it with a Munci 4spd.
Many years later we found this sitting in a barn and the truck was
not for sale.
Unfortunately one of the brother's passed away and i received a
phone call to purchase the truck.
I drove this home all back roads to my home here in Pennsylvania.
(826 miles) Enjoying every minute of my adventure.
Items replaced since being back in PA: new 12 bolt rear, new
driveshaft, and new header gaskets.
