So how do you know if its a real Z/28 or not? You know there are more Z's on the road than were built!!! So if you are seriously looking for a super clean and properly documented 1969 Camaro Z/28 maybe this is the car for you!!!! How does Daytona Yellow with black Sport Stripes and Black Deluxe interior work for you? And don't forget one of my favourite options the fold-down rear seat!! With its high-winding 290+ horsepower 302 cubic inch V-8 and stout Muncie M-21 four speed transmission the Z/28 was all fun. I have provided photos of the engine stamp, casting and oil-filter stamp numbers for reference. To finish off the driveline lets not forget the original 12 bolt rear end with 4.10 positraction gearing. The car is also equipped with Power steering, Power disc brakes and the F-41 sport suspension. Tinted glass ,AM push button radio,centre console with factory gauge package, centre clock (working) and 8000 rpm tach. This car was sold originally at Stedelbauer Motors in Edmonton, Alberta and comes with the GM of Canada documentation (see photos) to prove its authenticity. So the General states categorically that its a real X33 deluxe trim car that they built at their Norwood, Ohio plant. The only thing I have found that is not correct is the Cowl Induction Hood and I have a flat hood should you choose to return the car to a flatty! This car has undergone a complete rotisserie restoration of its assemblies the the entire driveline was recently gone over with new gaskets and seals. The car fires right up and that solid-lifter sound and healthy rumble cannot be beat. This car can be driven right into any car show or you can just drive it and enjoy the Z/28 mystique from the Musclecar Era!
