Cosmetic

  • Paint/Body: This a great driver truck. The paint is older and starting to have a cool patina in places. There are chips and pops consistently around the body. I wouldn't call her a rusty bucket but there are some significant rust in a few areas. The bed has a good bit of filler in it. Passenger side on the hood and on the side of the bed have some larger pops. The doors are in great shape with minimal to no rust in them. The rockers are rusted out in the front corner but we do have the replacement panels. She has been modified to have the C notch so that the body could be lowered about 2 inches. Over all she is a sweet truck with a great look! "Airlift" air ride comes with and is ready to be installed by the next owner to have sick low rider!
  • Interior: The interior is in good original condition. The dash has some minor surface rust but has not been cut and still has the original radio. The bench seat is in great shape, most likely recovered within the last few years. Just needs some seatbelts put in! New gas tank behind the seat in the cab. She does not have a headliner. The door are in good shape. The driver side still have the original door panel but the passenger side has been replaced with ply wood, not too hard to find a true replacement though. We believe the floor mat to be original as well, it has a good bit of wear and tear but still does the job. In the video we mentioned that the heater was working but was having some trouble, we can confirm it does work, it was a user malfunction!
  • Glass/Windows: All the glass is in great shape. No cracks or shadowing in the windows or windshield. The weather-stripping around the the windshield has been replaced. Windows roll up and down with ease.
  • Trunk/Bed: The bed of this truck has been well loved. She has a good bit of filler above the interior passenger fender well. There is also older filler towards the cab in the front of the bed. There are also some dents and curves in the steel floor of the bed. Underneath looks great outside of the few patches previously mentioned.
  • Undercarriage: The underneath is in good shape. No rust on the frame. The floor pans look clean. Original cab corners have some minor rust but are in great shape for there age. She has a 9 inch rear end and the the C notch on the frame when she was lowered.
  • Wheels/Tires: New Coker Classic radial white wall tires with Ford Motor Company hub caps that are in great shape!

Mechanical

  • Drivetrain: This baby's got the original 223 inline 6 with the manual three speed on the column. Those 3 speeds can be a little tricky but once you get to know her, she does shifts smoothly through all gears. She fires up with a touch of the key and just purrs. Drives strong and straight down the road!
  • Lights/Electrical: The headlights, brights, taillights, front turn signals and wipers are all functional. The brake lights and rear turn signals are not currently working. The original gauges are all present. The speedometer appears to be hooked up but is quite jumpy. The gas gauge also appear to be working. All the others are not currently functional. The horn and radio do not work either. The heater fan does turn on.
  • Brakes: Manual disc brakes stop strong. They do pull some to the right, probably just needs to be adjusted. Emergency brake works when strongly pulled.
