MaxMotive is pleased to offer this immaculate 2007 Ford Mustang
Shelby GT500 fastback. It's a low mileage original example as
delivered with no aftermarket modifications. The 5.4L engine is a
Dual Overhead Cam, 32 valve, supercharged with intercooler V8. WIth
an iron block and aluminum heads, it features forged aluminum
pistons, forged steel crank, and forged steel I-beam connecting
rods. It also sports roller finger followers and ovate wire valve
springs. Bottom line is an easy 500 horsepower. A specially tuned
exhaust system with X-pipe provides stellar tone as well as
performance. The engine is so good that the techs who put it
together signed their names on a plaque right on the cam cover. The
motor teams with a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission with a dual
disc cera-metallic clutch. Bringing up the rear is an 8.8 inch
solid rear axle with limited slip differential and 3.31:1 ratio.
Handling is enhanced with SVT tuned front and rear suspension and
Brembo vented front disc brakes with 14-inch rotors and four-piston
aluminum calipers. The GT500 also gets its own rear brakes with
special friction material, and SVT 18x9.5 cast aluminum wheels. The
original rubber has been replaced with Nitto NT555 G2 255/45ZR18
and 285/40ZR18 ultra performance tires. The car is a great
companion on the street as well, with power everything of course,
air conditioning, and a 500 watt Shaker sound system. A look of
authority emanates from the original Ebony Clearcoat exterior paint
