1971 Ford Galaxie 500 Country Sedan Station Wagon This a very rare
Ford Station Wagon in original condition. 1971 was the last year
for Galaxie 500 (Same 1972 model is branded LTD). Ford only made
this model body 1971-1972. Original engine and transmission: 6.6L
400 V8 w/ 130,000ish original miles. Automatic C6 transmission w/
posi-traction rear-end. Upgraded to Electronic Ignition (no
points). New Starter, Alternator, Carburetor (2-barrel), Battery
Fresh set of tires Straight pipe exhaust with Magnaflow glass pack
so it idles quiet but rips when you open it up This car starts,
runs and drives excellent. It has never once broken down in my two
years of ownership. It has been driven daily for the last year.
RARE 16 in. Centerline Steel racing wheels Also includes set of 4
original Ford Blue steel wheels w/ all 4 matching Ford stainless
center caps. Includes original Firestone spare tire (w/ 0 miles;
not for driving) on a like new Ford blue steel wheel. Also includes
3 boxes of extra original Ford parts MANY extras Sony AM/FM Stereo
Cassette w/ 4 Sony speakers. Blue w/ Blue original interior. Rear
window is ELECTRIC can open from the back or switch on the dash
California car originally sold in Los Angeles Co and has never seen
snow. Previous owner had owned this car since 1998. Car was garaged
for the last 20 years. Underbody and majority of car is rust free.
Passenger side back corner has rust. Other than that the body is in
great condition with a really nice patina coming out. Would be
beautiful with clearcoat. Cons: One rust corner, Original interior
could use refurb, Gas tank float is stuck, radio not currently
working but did when purchased. After 5-min warm-up idles down to
quiet. No pings or knocks. Registered in CA clean title to my name

your surf wagon, or could be epic to refurbish Seats 8 people, two
benches plus rear bucket seats. I regularly fit 6 people and 6
surfboards
