This 1933 Ford Victoria Streetrod is a golden bullet on wheels,
ready to dominate the streets and car shows alike. The metallic
gold paint job gleams in the sunlight, accentuating every curve of
its all-steel body while the chopped Chevy wagon roof adds a unique
twist to this classic silhouette. Rolling on 15" American Racing
wheels wrapped in 215/65R15 front and beefy 255/70R15 rear tires,
this Ford's stance is aggressive and purposeful.
Freshly covered Gray leather bucket seats welcome you into a
cockpit that's both classic and cutting-edge. The interior is a
blend of comfort and performance with a B&M floor shifter and
custom leather wrapped billet steering wheel putting the control at
your fingertips while the power locks add modern convenience. The
dash features billet accents, and overhead, the original headliner
preserves a piece of rock 'n' roll history with Bobby Vee's
autograph and a very interesting Panasonic Cockpit Hi-Fi audio
control panel that must have cost a fortune back in the day. Air
conditioning keeps things cool inside, ensuring comfort on even the
hottest cruise nights.
A Goodwrench 350 V8 crate engine with about 3,000 miles on it
powers this streetrod. It's fed by an Edelbrock carburetor atop an
aluminum intake, breathing through shorty headers and a dual
exhaust system. A TH400 3-speed automatic transmission, recently
installed, handles the power delivery. The chassis is a work of
art, featuring a 1965 Jaguar front suspension with coil springs,
shocks, and a sway bar. The rear boasts a 1966 Jaguar independent
rear suspension with Kugel components and four coilovers. Power
disc brakes, including inboard Wildwood discs in the rear, provide
reliable stopping power. Manual rack and pinion steering offers
precise control, enhancing the driving experience of this custom
build.
