1941 Chevy Coupe Special Deluxe
I'am the third owner of the California Car. Spent most of its life the Long Beach area.
I completed the restoration about 2 years ago. The 216 ci engine was removed (cylinder wall cracks) and a 1954 chevy station wagon 235 ci engine installed, with 53 thousand miles on it.
Transmission has a rebuilt kit installed. Spare transmission comes with car.
The following parts were replaced during restoration: fuel tank and transmitter, All tires and spare. rear wheel cylinders, Rear suspension, rubber bushings and bolts, Parking brake cable, Afte market rear shock absorbers installed. Clutch and throw-out bearing,
Master cylinder, Speed odometer cable, Carburetor, Radiator, rear taillights, Car completely rewired to 12 Volt system, engine starter, All part receipts available.
Steering Gear box replaced.
Front end suspension rebuilt.
