ABOUT THE SELLER

-As a private car collector of 50’s and 60’s classics for 42 years I am wrapping up the sale of my last cars. I collected 200+ collector cars (including 9 Corvairs) during those years and have sold 21 of the last cars left since early 2023. My last Corvair is a ‘65 Sport Sedan which will be listed  in the next 2 weeks. This point being is what you read below about my 1963 Corvair is coming from a long time knowledgeable collector. AS TO PRICE PLEASE SEE BELOW.

ABOUT THIS CAR   (VIN:  30969W2699855)

-This Corvair has just 14,700 original miles and shows it in every way. This mileage is documented only by old records and the car’s condition. However, after over 40 years of  collecting over 200 classic 50’s and 60’s cars,  I see nothing about this car that would make me think that the miles are anything but  actual. I feel any knowledgeable collector would agree with me upon seeing the car. I purchased the car years ago through the dealer handling the estate of the 2nd owner. That owner had  purchased it from the original owner, who was a close friend, and owned it for 20+ years until his death.  Part of my file is the Death Certificate of that owner.

-This car has been professionally serviced its entire life and garaged since new. This Corvair might well be the lowest mileage/most original of its kind left.

-The only thing about this Corvair that puzzles me is the dual exhaust. To the best of my knowledge the  102 HP engine came with a single exhaust. However, back in that time it was not unusual for Dealers to add options, etc, at the owner's request. Also, the original owner or the second owner that I bought the car from may have had the change made. A real Corvair guru  may have another idea.

- AS TO PRICE I AM THE KIND OF COLLECTOR THAT HAS PAID TOP DOLLAR FOR  ANY EXCEPTIONAL CAR, AND I DID JUST THAT TO GET THIS CAR. I AM GOING TO ACCEPT WHATEVER OFFER GETS AS CLOSE TO WHAT I HAVE IN IT. IT WILL BE SOLD.

-Having owned 9 Corvairs in the past I can say this is the best driving, tightest, most original of any of them. It has its original Palomar Red Paint and its  original Fawn Vinyl interior. I would say the interior could pass for a 6 month old car. It is equipped with the following OPTIONS;

-Upgraded Monza Model that included Bucket Seats, Deluxe Steering Wheel, cigarette lighter,  Monza-specific trim which included additional lighting and more.

              -102 HP engine

              -Powerglide Transmission

              - Pushbutton AM Radio  (Yes, it works as new)

              -Backup Lights

              -Whitewall Tires

              -Wire Wheel Covers

              -Padded Dash (Like New)

              - Tinted Windshield

              -Front and rear bumper guards

              -Window Washer

-1963 Corvair Monza 4 Door Sedan Build Statistics

-37,157 Built out of 254,571 total Corvairs  (14.5%)

-I believe the buyer of my Corvair will be a dedicated/knowledgeable Corvair collector.

Feel free to call or text me at 561-289-4218 (FL) if you have any questions.
