Extremely rare 'Rosenhoz' targa LHD. just reduced by $10,000, Mint condition, recent £20,000 ($26,000 equivalent) overhaul perfecting the engine/gearbox at Williams Crawford (prestigious garage in UK specialising in classic Porsche) - huge folder full of receipts. Just imported from Europe August 2024.
I bought it 18 months ago for continental roadtrips and have optimised it for that. In 2023 I drove to Rome and back and it was faultless, a real joy crossing the Alps both ways. The Targa roof is superb and is as good as a coupé or as open as a cabrio. A previous owner was a record producer so the sound system is excellent. The engine is really strong and at just over 100k miles, still youthful. The gearbox, often a weakness of the 930 model, is like new. The interior is nicely patinated and wants only new mats. I put a heated seat element in the drivers side when I replaced the foam in both front seats recently, and they are both very supportive. The glass is green tinted and the factory air con and cruise control are a help for long, hot stretches. There is a new hidden engine cut off switch for security. This is a really well sorted 911 in superb, rust-free condition, ideal for road trips.
Recently passed thorough inspection with no faults from a porsche specialist in England (June 2024) right before being shipped over to USA. Viewing welcome, no tyre kickers.
