1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS finished in Dusk Blue paint with white
accents and "ice cube tray" hood. Has been repainted along the
line. Powered by the Crate 502 V8 under the hood with a 5-speed
manual transmission. Equipped with power brakes, upgraded drive
shaft, 3.55 rear gears, and line lock brakes up front.Was owned by
the previous owner for 28 years before coming to us. Paint shows
well overall and has been touched up where needed. Black vinyl
bucket seat interior with center console. Seats in good shape with
seat belts intact. Copy of the original order form from Ned Gates
Chevrolet in Benton Harbor, Michigan! Protect-o-plate will also be
included with purchase. Aftermarket stereo has been installed in
the glove box. Consignor also states the complete original engine,
transmission, drive shaft, flywheel, door panels and headlight door
mechanisms are available if somebody wanted to bring it back to
original for an additional cost. Headlight doors are no longer
mechanically actuated and must be manually opened and closed by
hand (push them open and shut while the car is stopped). Consignor
also states headlight door parts also can be included with
additional cost. Riding on rally wheels with Chevrolet center caps
and BF Goodrich radials. Aftermarket door panels, door speakers,
and tachometer both added along the line. Majority of the
restoration work was done in the late 1990's.
