This 1997 GMC Sierra 1500 is an extended cab short box from the
Pacific NW. This is a rust free, really clean truck that has been
well cared for with low miles. The body on this truck is clean and
straight and the Olympic White paint appears to be all original and
it still looks great!! It has a newer aftermarket billet grille and
headlights. All of the original chrome and trim is still in
excellent condition too. The underside of this truck is extra clean
and we found no rust issues with this vehicle.
The interior is also in excellent condition. It is extremely clean.
The seats, carpet, headliner, dash, dash bezel, and door panels are
all original and still in great condition. The headlights,
taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The
gauges all work. This truck has tilt wheel and working cruise
control. The power locks work. The wipers and the horn work. The
heat and AC are also working.
Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives
wonderful. The engine is the original 5.0L 305 V8 that runs strong
and smooth with no issues or red flags that we found. It appears to
be all stock. The transmission is the 4L60E Automatic that shifts
nice. It is mated to the np246 transfer case and the 4WD works like
it should. It has the Corporate 10 Bolt rear end with 3.73 gears.
The front axle is the IFS with 3.73 gears. This is all sitting on a
nice set of original aluminum wheels with newer All terrain tires
size 245/75/16.
We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and
