for the 1963 model year, the Wagoneer was continually improved and
refined over the years. This beautiful 1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer is
the final model year for this classic design and the most luxurious
one ever made. This Jeep is not only in exceptional condition, it
has something very special under the hood.
Finished crisply in Silver Star Metallic, the owner of this Grand
Wagoneer commissioned a dream team of specialists to restore and
modify this classic. Starting with a clean original Jeep, this
classic was sent to the well-respected Jeep Wagoneer specialists at
Grandeur Wagons for restoration work that included new exterior
woodgrain paneling, new emblems, restoration of the factory wheels
and a comprehensive detail. The rich burgundy interior was
refreshed with correct reproduction leather seat upholstery with
cloth inserts, Dakota Digital gauges, Vintage Air controls and a
JVC stereo with Bluetooth. The luxurious cabin features amenities
that include power windows, tilt steering column, six-way power
seat, remote mirrors and more.

Not satisfied with the performance offered by the original 360
cubic in V8, this Grand Wagoneer was brought to the experts at
Smithson Speed and Engineering. There it was fitted with a powerful
5.7 HEMI crate engine with electronic fuel injection paired with a
46RE automatic transmission. The installation features a shaved
firewall area where the bulky factory air conditioning box used to
be. A smaller, modern and more efficient air conditioning system
was installed in its place. The installation is so perfectly
executed, it looks like this HEMI came with the Jeep from the
factory. Additionally, an aluminum radiator and a dual exhaust
system has been added.
