Highboy was not a specific model or official designation, but it became a well known nickname for 1967-'77 F250 4WD models. These models had a divorced transfer case. Therefore, a factory suspension lift was required to provide clearance for the transfer case and front driveshaft. This made the truck sit higher and gave it a very tough factory lifted look. This F250 is a real F26 VIN, � ton, 4-speed, 4x4 Highboy. This truck was born at the San Jose, California plant with a Seattle Washington DSO. The truck spent its whole life in Washington and Oregon and it is very solid underneath. The truck has a strong running 360 V8 engine.
