1969 VW Bug, our family is only the second owner thru time. 1990 full street custom conversion, with 2023 full refresh of anything that had a fluid or grease in it. This Type 1 features front disc brake conversion, electric fuel pump, mild cam upgrade, brand new Weber carb bolted on top of the 1776 cc of fun to push around town. Pan has been coated keeping the underside free of your typical bug pan rust. Exterior paint on it, original to 1990, not a single orange peel to be found on it and all pinstriping done by old school hot rodders in Grants Pass Oregon. Look carefully and you will see the fenders were all removed and welded back on, making it one clean line front to rear. Fire it up, and the custom exhaust creates that fantastic Harley Davidson like burble letting your neighbors know, its time for a drive!
Interior features old school Alpine tape deck, and with partial upgrade to the instrument cluster too. Door cards were all redone in mahogany for stronger backing, then a custom interior of salmon corded fabric, blended with super soft blue carpet at your feet. Interior also has custom door inlays, and matching blue seat piping.
Wheels are alloy, with new Hankook tires, this bug is ready to roll right now, no need to do anything other than pump the pedal, and turn that key.
