Wow! This 1985 Jeep Wrangler CJ7 in lime-green over black is
amazing. This CJ7 now has an upgraded engine and components that
add to the Jeep's capabilities, yet respect its heritage and
purposefulness.
The striking lime-green paint was professionally applied and the
results show in an even finish with excellent gloss across all body
surfaces. All appropriate areas on the all-steel body - door edges,
jambs, interior and under-hood panels - were properly painted with
trim removed in advance. Black trim, including lower-side panels,
fenders, entry-assist steps, custom front bumper and rear bumpers
are similarly fresh and well-finished. A black soft roof covers the
interior and a 4-point, padded roll cage is mounted in the cargo
area. A New Smittybilt XRC 9500 winch is mounted up front and LED
tail lights and turn signals mark your direction. Matte-black
15-inch Dick Cepek DC-2 wheels (with lockout hubs in front) are
mounted with Mickey Thompson Baja MTX 35x12.5LT
outline-white-letter all-terrain tires.

Inside, the restoration included proper trim panels, black
(easy-wash) no-slip floor treatment, the aforementioned roll cage,
new color coordinated Jeep logo seat covers on the Trailmax II
front buckets and rear bench seat, combination front
armrest-storage box with four cupholders and more. In a
particularly attractive custom touch, the Jeep's dashboard has been
re-crafted in stainless steel with all stock instrumentation and
switchgear. A Sony digital media player with remote and
Bluetooth/USB played through Kicker center speakers with 5-inch
indoor speakers provide music for cruising. In addition, a Sun
Super Tach II has been mounted on the steering column, and Sun
oil-pressure and coolant-temperature gauges have been added to the
dash. A New Bestop soft supertop, full cover, cab cover and new
bikini top are with this cool Jeep as well.
Under the hood, the engine bay is spotless with all components
properly mounted and all hoses and wiring correctly routed. The
350-cubic-inch V8 has added appeal with Holley 4-barrel carburetor,
an open-element air cleaner, Derale performance aluminum radiator
with electric fans and polished-metal valve covers. A B&M
shifter for the TH350 automatic transmission is floor-mounted.
Viewed from below, the chassis is no less impressive. Lift-kit
suspension and steering components, Headman headers, dual-exhaust
system with Turbo performance mufflers, new Dana 35-411 rear gears
with lockers and new Dana 30 -411 front gears, and the lime-green
underbody are all noteworthy.
