This 1989 GMC Sierra 3500 extended cab is a powerful working truck.
The 1-ton pickup appears to be all-original except for regular
maintenance items. The original finish of the 3500 shows
weathering, but no indication of rust (GM had some paint issues
during this timeframe). The cab has been fitted with running lights
and the hood has a deflector windscreen. Large towing mirrors have
been installed along with side running boards and the bed is fitted
with a Slimline hard-cover that is hinged for easy access. The
original Maroon cloth interior is in very good condition. Features
include A/C, cruise, power tinted windows, power locks and tilt
wheel. A premium AM/FM/CD sound system provides tunes. The whole
package is very functional. The GMC 3500 dually is powered by a
454ci big-block that was rebuilt in 2020. It is equipped with
throttle-body fuel injection and backed by a 4-speed manual gearbox
- three standard ratios plus a low-ratio 'Granny gear'. There is
also an electrically operated Gear Vendors overdrive unit that
provides four (4) additional gears that provides a 22% reduction in
RPMs. The chassis has RWD, dual rear wheels, power steering, power
disc/drum brakes and dual 12v batteries. Factory steel wheels are
fitted with classic 'aluminum simulator' covers and mount virtually
new Sumitomo radials. There is also a heavy-duty hitch and electric
trailer-brake controller. This well-maintained GMC Sierra 3500
dually is ready to go to work for you tomorrow. ALL VEHICLES SOLD
