Out back the rear bumpers, tail lights, exhaust tips and bezels are all gorgeous as well. This Corvette sports the driver out side mirror along with having the lower body molding. To finish off the stance, it's sitting on the Rally Wheels with White letter Tires, Center Caps, and Beauty Rings.
Next, we will look at the interior of this Convertible. On the inside it's finished out in the factory color matching Medium Blue option that provides the perfect compliment to the International Blue exterior. The bucket seats are in exceptional condition along with both door panels. This '68 has the factory removable rear window option. The console also houses a four-speed manual shifter, factory gauges, and radio. All the carpet is very nice in this Corvette as well. In the rear storage area, we can see the weather stripping is good condition and that all the carpet and storage boxes are very nice as well. Looking at the dash you'll notice that is in phenomenal condition and has clearly been well cared for. All the gauges are working as they should and are beautiful. Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Corvette. Under the hood the same quality and eye for detail is evident. The power comes from the matching numbers 427 V8 engine that's set up with a Three Deuce Intake with three 2 Barrel Carbs. It's dressed out in the factory style air cleaner along with having Chrome Valve Covers. This 427 has an upgraded MSD Distributor. This '68 has Power steering along with Power Brakes and Disc on all four corners. For exhaust it has manifolds with dual pipes and mufflers that flow out the back. Underneath this car is just as nice as nice as the top. The Matching Numbers 427 runs through the Matching Numbers Muncie Four Speed Transmission and original AU Code Heavy Duty Posi Rear End.
