Her name is Trixie! She is tittled in Maryland as Historic. Original VIN. The title is clean. She is meant to be driven at least a little. She's in perfect condition. Never rained on. Keep in mind, to commission a car built to this caliber with high end components and quality takes at least 2-3 years and costs well over $200k.
