Special Edition 1989 Porsche 911 -Silver Anniversary Package
Porsche celebrated the 25th anniversary of the 911 in 1989, building only 300 coupes and this is one of the 300 offered in upcharge Silver Metallic exterior. The interior is a luxurious silk grey leather with black piping. The wheels are body color Fuchs forged wheels with new Pirelli PZero original spec tires.
This 1989 is the end of the G- Body era and has become quite desirable in the last few years. Values have doubled in a short amount of time and will continue to rise. The engine has a well maintained 127,000 miles and is a 1 owner. The original owner was a Doctor and recently passed leaving this vehicle to his wife which we acquired.
It has the well sorted 3.2 litre 6 cylinder with the very desirable G50 5 Speed manual transmission/hydraulic clutch. This 25th anniversary edition was very limited which only increases the value/rarity and was a $4,803 option plus $892.00 addition for the Silver metallic paint. Unfortunately the Doctor/Previous owner decided to remove center console and steering wheel and replace with an aftermarket quick shifter and steering wheel (which we are sourcing the original style steering wheel and console) priced without have these options. The air conditioner is currently not working and deduct has been made to the price for this. This Special Edition Porsche 911 from 1989 is nearly perfect.
No accidents or rust on this vehicle at all and was stored through the winters…This 911 was the Doctors good weather weekend and evening remove the stress escape.
The paint is perfect and has no wear or fade. This 911 with the desirable 3.2 engine and G50 transmission is a joy to drive and is nearly perfect in every way. This Porsche is simply meant to be enjoyed and is a definite head turner. It’s not everyday you see this body style in the silver metallic color and was every boy’s dream car in the 80s and 90s!
