This 1968 Ford Torino GT is a longtime family owned vehicle passed between in-laws to its current owner and residing in Sunny San Diego California. This Rare Pace Car Promotion Edition is 1 of 790, and has been babied and loved by the Huston family for over 40 years !! upon receiving the car from her aunt the current owner and her husband thoroughly went through the vehicle undergoing a restoration with Hilltop Classics in Escondido, CA Engine, Transmission, Suspension, Brakes, Interior and Exterior you name it, it was done and done right. Hilltop is well known for their high quality Best in Show Winning Thunderbirds and Specialize in all Ford automobiles.
After several years of ownership the vehicle had underwent another refreshening, an additional $12,000 has been spent since 2017 on engine work and cooling system, suspension work and Willwood disc brake conversion , electrical and pertronix ignition upgrade.
