California Car with 460ci Big Block, Air Conditioning
Very cool 1967 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible for sale. Highly optioned with the 460ci big block, C6 transmission, power steering, power front disc brakes, ice-cold air conditioning, power seat, and upgraded integrated gauges. It includes a replacement factory owner's manual, records, and a new boot cover with snaps included. It is currently showing 54K miles though the original mileage is unknown.
The engine compartment is immaculate and restored and everything appears to have been either replaced or rebuilt. The 460 cubic inch big block starts and runs beautifully with tons of power. The C6 transmission shifts smoothly through all of the gears and the braking and suspension feel great. It has an upgraded aluminum radiator with electric fans, Chrome air filter cover housing, chrome valve covers with 460 insignia, electronic ignition, ice cold air conditioning, power steering, and power brakes. It has a dual exhaust that sounds great! The car was dyno'd, see results in the photos.
The exterior shows well. This is a nice-looking driver-quality car with a clean body and nice shine. The chrome, trim, and glass present nicely getting the car plenty of attention. It has a newer cloth power top that works well. It rides on a set of factory chrome rims wrapped in an older set of BF Goodrich P235/70R 15s with 85%+ tread remaining that we recommend replacing due to age. The undercarriage is nice and tidy, be sure to check out the photos.
The interior is nice and tidy as well. It has newer upholstery and carpeting, nice door panels and cards, and a molded plastic dash cover. The original steering wheel is in good shape, and the working power seat and the upgraded integrated gauges work nicely with fuel, temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The air conditioning blows cold.
