This real deal Choo Choo Customs 1985 Chevrolet El Camino SS is a
rare find! Depending on your source, somewhere between 2,000 and
4,950 of these cars were built during their short 5-year run. Choo
Choo Customs (CCC) also made vans and trucks, so many people assert
that the 4,950 number is for all vehicles, and only around 2,000 of
them were El Caminos. Either way, this is a rare find that is a
solid investment for the future!
This one has the door sticker, still in great shape, and the dash
plaque from CCC. It is a documented actual mileage car and a great
example of a survivor classic car. This piece should appreciate in
the future as 80s collectibles become more desirable and harder to
find in original survivor condition. This one is loaded with A/C,
power steering, power front disc brakes, power windows, power
locks, remote mirror, AM/FM/Cassette, bucket seats, radial tires,
and alloy wheels.
The 5.0-liter V8 engine is backed by an automatic transmission,
making this El Camino a lot of fun. This Chevrolet is about as
stock as they come, with only the stock wheels being swapped for a
more modern looking American Racing Torq Thrust D wheel wrapped in
BF Goodrich Radial TA tires.
The white exterior features blue SS decals which tie in beautifully
to the dark blue interior. The interior features a center console
with faux woodgrain which gives this SS a rich feeling. Slide into
the comfortable bucket seat, adjust the tilt steering wheel, turn
on the radio and shift into drive using the floor mounted shifter
and you're off! Power windows allow you to get some fresh air at
the touch of a button while you monitor the engine through easy to
read gauges.
This Choo Choo Customs El Camino is priced to move, so don't
