Vehicle Description
Vehicle Details
This stunning 1955 Studebaker President 2-Door Coupe represents a
rare and significant piece of automotive history. The President,
originally Studebaker's top-of-the-line model from 1926 to 1942,
was revived for a brief period from 1955 to 1958. The 1955 model
year holds particular significance, as only 2,215 Presidents were
produced, making this example exceptionally scarce.
This particular President boasts its original 259 cubic inch V-8
"Passmaster" engine, producing 185 horsepower, paired with a
smooth-shifting 3-speed manual transmission. It's equipped with
desirable factory wire hubcaps and a gorgeous two-tone interior in
excellent condition. Recent maintenance includes a new battery, new
plugs and wires, and a rebuilt carburetor, ensuring reliable
performance. The car rides on like-new Firestone wide whitewall
tires, complementing the excellent condition of all the stainless
steel and chrome trim. This classic Studebaker President is a
must-see for any collector or enthusiast.
Equipment
The Studebaker President was the premier automobile model
manufactured by the Studebaker Corporation of South Bend, Indiana

Production was limited to the 1955 to only 2215 produced. This
beauty has 259 V-8 185 HP Passmaster. 3-speed transmission, factory
wire hubcaps, beautiful two-tone interior in excellent condition,
new battery, new plugs, wires, rebuilt carb, like new firestone
wide white walls, all stainless and chrome in excellent condition.
Much more a must see!
