The legend of the Toyota Landcruiser has cemented itself in
automotive history. These iconic vintage SUV's provide a fun factor
unlike any other vehicle on the market. The versatility that these
offer the driver and passengers is endless and continue to hold
their value extremely well.
Super proud to bring to market this very carefully restored 1977
Toyota Landcruiser FJ40 with just 6 miles since its commission to
be restored. This vehicle was brought down to the frame and
reassembled with authentic and OEM Toyota parts almost entirely.
Countless hours of labor were invested into this vehicle.
Vehicle retains the interior setup with new seats, rubber mats,
door panels, headliner, front and rear seatbelts, rear jump seats,
and proper dash and gauges. Under the hood is the dependable 2F
inline straight six cylinder and installed incredibly well with all
other features under the hood with a nice upgrade of larger
radiator fan and vintage A/C unit. Some other nice upgrades and
features include front disc brakes, full size spare tire mounted on
rear, tool roll, jack, 33in BF Goodrich tires, and all new door
seals and window seals.
After our test drive we experienced a spirited drive with proper
working gauges, odometer, speedometer, wipers, horn, hazard lights,
turn signals, headlights hi/lo beams, and interior vanity light.
Vehicle hustled through all 4 gears with ease and was enjoyable to
drive.
This is a sound investment with a huge upside and extremely nice
example of this model. You will never be disappointed when you pay
for quality and take advantage of someone else putting all the hard
work into the build. So much easier to buy them done and ready to
be enjoyed. As with any fresh restoration there is always a little
extra sorting and adjustments to the vehicle after you log a few
hundred miles.
