RPM Motorcars is excited to bring you this museum-quality 1973
Volvo 1800ES in a beautiful Metallic Red over a Black Leather
interior. This example has been meticulously maintained. Before its
acquisition by the current owner in 2021, this Volvo was repainted
and reupholstered. Currently, the 6-digit odometer reads 76636
miles, only 3000 of which were added by the current owner. Since
the acquisition in 2021, this 1800ES has had an alternator, fuel
pump, fuel filter, gas tank, and spark plug wires serviced. Part of
this same list of recent mechanical services includes a rebuilt
ignition system with tuned up-cap, points, rotor, R&I housing
D-ring, trigger contact plate, and advance mechanism. An overhauled
fuel injection harness and upgraded A/C to rotary Sanden were also
a part of this recent mechanical service. As a result of this work,
this Volvo starts immediately from a dead cold start. The
suspension has also been overhauled with an HD front sway bar,
Bilstein shocks, Poly bushings, and Braided steel brake lines
creating a phenomenally handling automobile. Other work includes a
carpet kit, door panels, a new upper and lower dash, a modern
Custom Autosound radio, seat belts, sun visors, window scrapers,
complete rebuilt wiper assembly, new windshield and trim, rebuilt
speedometer and tachometer, and a rebuilt clock. To add extra flair
to the vehicle, the owner has added electric power steering using
an EZ Power Steering system, a wood steering wheel, and a wood
gearshift knob. This is a once-in-a-lifetime car for any classic
car enthusiast looking for excellence in maintenance and ease of
ownership. Come by RPM Motorcars to see this beautiful Volvo 1800SE
in person, or give us a call with any questions you might have.
