1970 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE SS 454 COWL INDUCTION, GAUGES, 4-SPEED!!!
This is a very clean Virginia car. The body is very straight and
the gaps all line up great. This is one sharp car in its awesome
looking, factory color Cranberry Red code 75 paint! The paint is
very smooth and glossy. There are Tuxedo black SS stripes running
down the cowl induction hood and trunk lid. The stripes are painted
on correctly and cleared over. It has a functional cowl induction
hood! All the chrome and stainless on this Chevelle shine very
nicely. It sits on a set of correct 14" SS wheels with BF Goodrich
T/A radial tires. The engine compartment is nicely detailed and
correct. It has a period correct 454 ci engine, factory exhaust
manifolds, correct cowl induction air cleaner and factory chrome
valve covers. It also features a cadmium plated Delco Moraine brake
booster, correct master cylinder, power steering, correct hoses and
tower clamps, spring type battery cables, 4-core radiator with the
correct fan shroud and clutch fan. The engine bay is finished in a
satin black. The black bucket seat interior is new from the carpet
to the headliner. The door panels and seat upholstery have all been
replaced. The dash looks like it has been replaced. It features the
optional tach and gauges. It also has a factory console with a
Hurst 4-speed shifter coming up from the floor with the correct
chrome shifter knob! It even has its owners manual in the glovebox.
Looking up at the motor, it is clean as well as the M 20 Muncie
4-speed transmission. The floors are all clean metal, no signs of
rust or patches. There is a 12 bolt with 3:31 rear end gears. It
also features an F41 suspension which consists of rear boxed in
control arms and rear sway bar. It has a newer gas tank, fuel
lines, brake lines and a new dual exhaust system that runs all the
way out the back with the correct cowbell exhaust tips. The E-brake
assembly is complete, hooked up and working. Inside the trunk is
rock solid with a nice black/aqua splatter finish. It has new
weather stripping, trunk mat, spare tire and jacking assembly with
lug wrench. This is one exceptionally great looking Chevelle SS! To
top all of that it drives like a dream!!
