The car was purchased from Barrett-Jackson (see photo attached). Based on the description: Lot #355.1 - This 1955 Thunderbird is a restored car with less than 100 miles on the rebuilt 292ci 8-cylinder engine and complete brake system. It's finished in black paint over a two-tone black and white interior. Options include a 2-speed automatic transmission, power seats power steering and power brakes.
The car was mechanically upgraded at Platts Perfomance in Jamesburg NJ. Receipts can be furnished upon request.
All Gauges work. Temp Gauge, Fuel Gauge, Speedometer, Generator and the Clock, all work!
The soft top has a rip on the trim of the convertible top. I believe this can be replaced (see photos).
The hardtop rolling stand is included with the sale.
