A *running* 1973 VW Westfalia Pop Top Camper! It is a rare find on the East Coast. The bus runs but it is a project and needs more restoration! It was purchased in February of 2022.
The engine is not original - It was replaced with another air-cooled engine by a prior owner so the exact mileage is unknown for that reason. The brakes and wheel cylinders have been replaced. The manual transmission linkage has been fixed. The interior is functional but needs restoration. The glass and weather seals need to be replaced. The exterior was painted by a previous owner with a heavy textured paint. The pop top works but the canvas needs to be replaced. It has a new battery and new tires
