Original 1979 Pontiac Trans Am. Original drivetrain 6.6L Olds 403 automatic transmission car. Purchased in 2000. Strong running car. No known rust.
Around time of purchase many interior and exterior oem parts were replaced to include: shocks, belts, brakes, ball joints, valve cover gaskets, tie rods, sway bar links, radiator, hoses starter, hood hinges, master cylinder. Alternator was just replaced. A/C not charged but serviceable, needs modern conversion. Catalytic convertor removed and replaced with strait dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. Tires perhaps 6 years old with very low miles. Rear main seal has minor leak.
Car was repainted using basecoat clearcoat including jams and decals replaced. A few minor dings are present. Paint never buffed

Reason for selling: Car is rarely driven. I am at the point in life where I need to downsize a little. I have maybe put 10,000 miles on this car in 24 years. I have enjoyed owning this car and it has been mainly driven in nearly all of the local Cruisin the Coast events here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It is time for a new owner to enjoy this car.
