For Sale: 1963 Chevrolet C10 in Portland, Oregon

Vehicle Description

This is my late fathers 63 Chevy long bed truck. He bought the truck nearly new in 1966 and it was his daily driver. He was a mechanic and took amazing care of it throughout his life. He also made modifications to fit his use over the past 60 years. It has a 350 engine and a 4 speed Muncy manual transmission and suspension and differential has also been converted to ¾ ton. After my dads passing I stripped the truck down, repainted it and put new chrome/hardware on it and put a new bed in it. I didn’t touch the engine except to put a new radiator, hoses and new oil pan. The truck runs and sounds amazing. It also has a new painless fuse block and has been completely rewired. I was not attempting a show quality finish but I did put a lot of work and detail into it and it is very nice looking. The truck spent its first 23 years in Southern California and has been in Southern Oregon since 1986.  The truck was appraised by a specialty vehicle appraiser for $24,300. Please see the appraisal as it has more details on the truck. I have LOTS of records and notes but as I am not the one who personally did all of the work over the years I may not have complete answers to every question. I  am not looking for trades. This truck has been a part of my family for longer than I have been alive so selling it to a good owner is important to me. Serious inquiries only please. Sale Pending
