2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302 - Absolutely stunning low mile example of Ford's attempt at an iconic throwback to it's muscle of yester-year! RARE and Limited 2-year Production with only 3,553 being built for 2013 and a mere 792 optioned in this jaw-dropping color! Specific VIN-assigned and numbered builds which makes them even more collectible within the mustang world. These cars were a true track-ready vehicle straight off the showroom floor and even out-performed their supercharged Shelby big brother. Powered by Ford's specially developed 5.0L-302 V8 engine with 6-spd manual transmission and a Torsen differential posi-rear with 3.73 gears. The factory "tweaks" to these drivetrains included forged rods, forged pistons, race main bearings, race rod bearings, larger sodium filled exhaust valves, high lift cam, CNC polished heads, exhaust headers, larger radiator, oil cooler system, cold-air intake and a race inspired clutch. Also specific to the Boss nameplate was 14" Brembo brakes, tuned electric steering, 5-way adjustable suspension dampers, stiffer bushings and a quad-port dual exhaust system with side-exits. This specific car is also equipped with the optional "Track Key" which turns it into a whole different monster (if you dare). This 2nd key was an industry first, which changed the engine parameters to that similar of the Boss 302-R and made it ready on-the-fly for track use, while also resulting in a noticeable muscle car lopy idle. It rides nicely and looks the part on the special 19" Boss Black Gloss wheels with new Michelin Pilot Sport radial tires. Car is a real blast to drive yet still comfortable enough to enjoy as a daily driver.
