There are fewer cars more instantly recognizable as the Volkswagen
Beetle. Although the Beetle has been around for decades, its
styling has always stayed true to its original model. In 1971,
Volkswagen introduced the Super Beetle which was a slightly longer
and wider variation of the standard Beetle. This 1973 Volkswagen
Super Beetle is a very nice and original example of these great
German classics with only 53,000 actual miles. This Beetle's
correct Kansas Beige exterior still shines very well and is in very
good condition throughout. Complimenting the Beige exterior is the
Beetle's factory chrome and stainless trim and factory steel wheels
fitted with chrome center caps and wrapped in Monarch tires. The
Beetle's factory Leather Beige interior is in very good condition
for the age. Powering this great Super Beetle is its Dual Port
1600cc Flat-4 Boxer engine backed by its 4-speed manual
transmission. Both the engine and transmission perform just as they
should with no issue. The front suspension of the Super Beetle
received an upgrade from the factory over the standard Beetle in
the form of Macpherson struts, that greatly improved the ride and
handling of the Super Beetle over the standard Beetle. This Beetle
is nicely equipped with features such as: variable speed wipers,
aftermarket Pioneer AM/FM stereo w/ cassette, rear defrost and
