This first generation of Camaros were built from 1967 to 1969 with
a variety of option packages, but the three primary ones were: the
RS, which was largely a trim and appearance package; the SS, which
featured a 350 CI or 396 CI V-8 engine; and the Z28 package, which
was a performance option designed to make the Camaro eligible and
competitive in the SCCA's Trans-Am category.
Meticulously restored with ultra clean fit and finish, this 1967
Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS is finished in factory Tuxedo Black with a
white banded nose stripe. It's equipped with a 396 CI V-8 engine
topped with an aluminum intake manifold and Holley 4bbl carburetor,
a potent powerplant that is mated to a 4-speed Muncie manual
transmission fitted with a Hurst shifter here. Exterior details
include front and rear spoilers, hideaway headlights, dual exhaust,
chrome bumpers and chrome American Racing wheels, while inside this
highly desirable Camaro boasts a factory white and black Custom
bucket seat interior with console, a pushbutton radio and a
three-pod auxiliary black dial gauge set with clock.
If you are looking for a factory black Camaro with big block power,
4-speed transmission, and phenomenal fit and finish to show off at
the cruise ins, this is just Chevy for you! Call us today to make
it yours!
