We are pleased to offer this 1999 Mazda Miata Convertible for
purchase. Also known as the MX-5 (short for Mazda Experiment
project #5), the idea was to fill a void that used to be dominated
by small fun to drive British & Italian roadsters. The 2nd
generation built off the great success of the predecessors. The
most notable change was to the fixed headlamps. The new models grew
slightly in size & weight, but were more aerodynamic. They
continued to employ four-wheel independent suspension with enlarged
anti-roll bars at the front & rear. However, the wheels, tires, and
brakes were significantly upgraded.
This low mileage sports car has been well taken care of and
represents very well. The metallic green exterior shows well. This
Miata sports a new convertible top and is ready to be enjoyed. The
black leather interior is neat and tidy. It is powered by its 1.8L
4 cylinder engine that runs well and a 5 speed manual transmission
that is smooth and tight. This affordable convertible is sure to
please!
