This very correct and original L36 roadster benefited from an
extensive frame off mechanical restoration with less than 200 miles
since completed on 2021. Show quality engine compartment with
attention to detail.
The original L36 drive train was professionally rebuilt with
receipts and the correct numbers matching stamping with correct
broach marks was retained. The engine is well dressed in newer
chrome valve covers, correct ignition shielding
During the mechanical restoration the electrical system was
restored with new wiring harness and electronics.
The interior looks amazing with newer correct 402 code, black
leather interior with newer seat covers, carpet and door panels,
rare head rests and power windows tilt wheel with smaller Corvette
steering wheel for more leg room and topped off with a newer black
top and painted to match hard top. The dash was upgraded with more
accurate gauges, using a a correct 1966 Corvette instrument cluster
that can be changed back to original if you prefer the original
gauge look. The paint and body restoration was completed in 2017
and looks great.
The paint was professionally painted is its rare and correct color.
