Step into a thrilling blend of classic allure and modern
performance with our 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS Pro-Touring
Restomod. This automotive masterpiece seamlessly marries the iconic
design of the original Camaro with cutting-edge upgrades, offering
an exhilarating driving experience. Under the hood, it features a
powerful LS3 6.2L GM Crate Motor, complemented by performance
headers and a BE COOL aluminum radiator with dual fans to keep
everything running cool. The quick ratio steering box ensures
responsive handling, while the Vintage A/C system provides comfort
during your drive. The Detroit Speed master cylinder and power
brake booster enhance braking efficiency, and the fully restored
engine compartment is a testament to the meticulous attention to
detail invested in this car.
Externally, the 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS Pro-Touring Restomod
commands attention with its PPG clear coat red paint, a finish that
not only looks stunning but also offers durability. The D80 spoiler
package and RALLY SPORT front grill give it a distinctive,
aggressive appearance, which is further emphasized by the 2' cowl
induction hood. Riding on Budnik Forged Multi Piece Wheels,
BFGOODRICH G FORCE RIVAL tires, 245/45ZR/18 in the front and a
massive 335/30ZR/18 in the rear, this Camaro promises excellent
grip and performance on the road.
Inside, the Camaro offers a blend of vintage style and modern
convenience. The fully restored factory interior features
factory-style lap seat belts and reupholstered seats that provide
better performance and stability. The factory center console has
been retrofitted to accommodate a HURST 6-speed shifter, enhancing
the driving experience. The GRANT wood steering wheel and
adjustable steering column add to the classic feel, while Autometer
vintage gauges and Vintage Air climate control digital knobs bring
modern functionality to the cabin.
Underneath, the Camaro is equipped with a Detroit Speed full front
suspension kit with JRI adjustable coilovers, and a Detroit Speed
quadrant link rear end with JRI adjustable coilovers, ensuring a
smooth and controlled ride. The Detroit Speed tubular control arms
and sway bar, along with the 9' CURRIE rear end, provide excellent
stability and handling. The front and rear BAER 6-piston disk
brakes with slotted and drilled rotors deliver strong stopping
power. A brand new TREMEC 6-speed transmission and Magnaflow
stainless steel exhaust complete the package, making this Camaro a
blend of classic charm and modern performance.

There's a lot to be said about this car, and we're certain that
this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS Pro-Touring Restomod will continue
to be a highly sought-after classic car. Please note that this
vehicle is a completely rebuilt and modified restoration known as a
"Restomod/Pro-Touring." None of the factory components remain in
the car, so we cannot verify its original born components. As a
result, this car may have certain badges and/or trim packages that
it was not originally equipped with. Many of these cars are
recreations and only have certain trim packages, rather than being
factory born as SS, RS, or Mach 1 models. If you are interested in
an original factory collector car, please check out our original
hobby segment section on the site.

GENERIC DISCLAIMER:
Although this car looks absolutely stunning, please understand that
this is still a 50 year old car with imperfections as it wasn't
restored yesterday and has some mileage since the build. And due to
our inventory size, we are unable to drive every vehicle for long
distances. We do 40-60 miles between inspections, test drives, the
video, etc. We cannot guarantee that every gauge, light, window,
horn, option, function, etc. will work as it should. The mileage
listed is documented and verified by the odometer. In some cases,
it is not a representation of actual mileage on the body but the
mileage on the build. The mileage is not actual unless stated
otherwise. Please check your local state inspection requirements.
We do our best to inspect these vehicles in every detail and note
any imperfections in the ad. As with all classic cars, it will need
odds and ends down the road as you begin to drive it more often!
Many times, these vintage vehicles can sit for long periods of time
and seals harden and gaskets may begin to leak once you begin to
drive them. However, this will continue to be a sought-after
classic car that you will be proud to own and very happy to drive
in! The information contained within this ad is solely for
