This special custom-built 1965 GTO Convertible seamlessly blends
the attributes of two great cars along with added power and
performance, and it's now available exclusively from the MaxMotive
Pittsburgh Showroom. The foundation is a lengthened and unitized C6
Corvette frame bringing with it the Z51 package, independent
suspension, and 4-wheel disc brakes. Added to that are coilover
shocks and Delrin bushings. Plenty of power is provided by a 413ci
LS engine. The block features a stroker crank and the compression
was dropped utilizing forged pistons. The lowered compression makes
way for a ProCharger supercharger with intercooler. Combining the
ProCharger with ported and polished GM Performance aluminum LS3
heads, and a custom exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers yields
approximately 700 horsepower at the rear wheels. The 6-speed
automatic transaxle receives its commands from a B&M Hammer
shifter. The classic GTO contours are covered in a custom mix paint
based on some of the exciting hues from Porsche and applied by the
previous owner. The result is a vibrant orange that compliments the
personality of the car along with the black leather interior. It's
a comfortable place to be with air conditioning by Vintage Air,
power steering, power windows, and a Boss Bluetooth audio system
with a separate amp powering twin subwoofers. This quality build
also includes a fuel cell and even a spare tire. Although it's
never been used, a convertible top boot comes with it as well. The
car rides on wide, staggered Michelin tires and black chrome
painted Corvette Grand Sport wheels. Considerable time and effort
by a master builder has produced a unique custom 1965 Pontiac GTO
Convertible that's a true standout in performance, in handling, and
in appearance. Please be sure to see the detailed photos at
