The reinforcements include a crossmember with a hefty drive shaft loop. A Heidts front end with tubular A-arms and rack pinion steering provides solid handling. In the back is a 4-link rear suspension with coilovers and a Positraction rear axle with cruise-friendly 3.23 gears. A handy item is the rear differential cover with a drain plug. It's finned aluminum for better cooling and appearance. Power 4-wheel disc brakes give the car stopping power appropriate for this level of performance.
