1973 Mercedes -Benz 450 SL we purchased it 6 years ago. Our understanding from the seller was that they were the original owners. The 450SL has 119,700 miles. Less than 2000 miles have been added to the miles since we purchased the 450SL. The car has two tops, the soft top has been replaced, matching the original. The upholstery was all replaced to original style. The 450SL was painted by the last owner from green to white, paint is in great condition. There is no rust on the car. The bodywork has no damage or imperfections. The chrome is complete and in very good condition. The front windshield was replaced. The rest of the glass is in good condition and has a light tinting applied. The suspension and drive train shafts all have been rebuilt. The transmission and rear differential were rebuilt to alleviate under carriage leaks. The brakes and power brake system have all been rebuilt. The underside is clean as indicated in photos. The tires were replaced 3 years ago. The air conditioning has recently been serviced and is fully operational. The 450SL is equipped with power antenna and is operational but the antenna is bent and does not go down totally. All the other equipment including the heater, power window and central locking system are all working. Full-service records for the last 2 owners will be provided.
