Fully Custom, Interior and Exterior, International Tow Truck
400 Small block Chevy engine that has been Balanced and Blueprinted
Turbo 350 Transmission with a shift kit
Repainted in 1988-1989 to Medium Garnet Red

The current owners father purchased this truck back in 1974 and he owned it until 1992. It was unfortunately lost to the Bank as it was used as collateral on a loan. The second owners purchased it from the Bank and maintained ownership through 1999 until he put it in a Raffle for a local Non-Profit. The Third Owner took possession after his lucky raffle ticket paid off and he owned it up until 2022 when the current owner found it AGAIN and purchased it back.

Her father used this truck as a working truck (towing and snowplowing) from 1974-1982 when he started to modify it into it's current state. The current restoration was completed in about 1989. Owners two and three made no significant changes to any feature on the truck. Since it was acquired back in 2022 a lot of work was put into it to make it road worthy again, but no body changes.

From 1982-1989 modifications included: Cab stretched two feet, custom tilt front end, cab put onto stretched from from a 1972 Chevy 1-ton dually. The Motor and Transmission were both rebuilt leaving you with a gorgeous Custom Built Flatbed and Wrecker with Custom paintwork, custom interior and vinyl top. Numerous awards were won with this truck and it has placed in almost all the shows that it was entered into.

Engine: New custom Aluminum radiator with dual fans and new hoses were installed in 2022, Carb was rebuilt in 2022 along with a full tune up. The Heads were rebuilt in 2023.

Transmission: Solid shifting, 4-wheel drive works as it should and they were freshly serviced in 2023.

Chassis/Suspension/Brakes: Both fuel tanks have been cleaned and re-lined. All new fuel lines and filters installed in 2022. Two new fuel sending units and fuel tank selector were installed in 2022. All new Brake pads, shoes, rotors, calipers, wheel cylinders, and wheel seals were installed in 2023.

Bodywork: Has a few minor blemishes because of a 30 plus year old paint job, but nothing that affects performance.

Paintwork: Great shape for a 30 plus year old paint job. It was hand polished in 2023.

Electrical System: Fully customized electrical system, all lights and gauges work as intended.
