1962 Ferrari 250 GTE Series II is a factory born black car with
matching numbers. Just out of 50 year ownership. Black with
original naturale leather interior showing a beautiful patina. An
extremely original unrestored example that runs and drives well. A
US delivered car imported June 1962 to Luigi Chinetti Motors, New
York, NY and sold to its first owner, a woman named Mrs. Salvi,
resident of Connecticut. Being just a two owner car from new, the
previous owner (Radley R. Rice) bought the car from the original
owner in 1973 and has owned it ever since. Just one repaint in its
original color in 1989. According to its accompanying Marcel
Massini report, on May 18, 2003 it was displayed by Rice at the
19th Annual Reading Ferrari Concours in Reading, PA, winner of the
Giannino Marzotto Award for the outstanding car & driver. On May
25, 2003 it was also shown by Rice at the Pocono Concours, Pocono,
PA winner of the award for the Best Unrestored Ferrari'' and on
June 10, 2007 it was entered by Rice for the Concours dElgance of
the Eastern United States held in Bethlehem, PA. An unrestored
