Vehicle Description
We are offering our 1960 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Veloce
750F.
This Spider has a bit more zip than stock due to a replacement
2.0-liter DOHC inline-four that is equipped with a pair of Weber
side-draft carburetors and that power is sent to the rear wheels
through a five-speed manual transmission. A replacement exhaust
system was also added. The removed numbers-matching factory engine
is also included in the sale.
Inside you will find reupholstered tan vinyl seats with matching
door panels, dark green carpets, and body-color sheet metal. It is
equipped with Crow lap belts, a dash-mounted rear view mirror, and
Alfa-branded floor mats. The two-spoke steering wheel frames a
central tachometer with an inset oil pressure gauge, a 120-mph
speedometer, and a combo gauge for oil temperature, water
temperature, and fuel level. While the five-digit odometer shows
just over 32,000 miles, true mileage is unknown.
The car was reportedly campaigned in SCCA events by a previous
owner while a later owner started had the Pinin Farina-penned body
refinished in white while a replacement tan soft top was installed
and the bumpers and trim were re-chromed. The 15? Borrani steel
wheels were also refinished and are wrapped in 185/65 Pirelli Four
Season tires. Front disc brakes have been installed as well.
