This 1988 Jeep Cherokee Laredo is an extremely nice and rust free
very low mileage example of an XJ that came from the Pacific NW.
This is a 2 owner Jeep from Oregon that was well kept. The Clean
Carfax confirms the mileage and it is a great color combo. The body
on this XJ is clean and straight. The Colorado Red paint is all
original and in beautiful condition with only your normal minor
marks from driving. The paint looks excellent. All of the truim is
still in beautiful shape because this vehicle was always stored
indoors. The underside is extra clean and there are no signs of
rust anywhere on this Jeep.
The interior is absolutely mint. Everything is original and in near
perfect condition. The seats, carpet, headliner, door panels, dash,
everything is beautiful. It even has the original floor mats. The
headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all
working. The gauges all work. This Cherokee has tilt wheel. The
windshield wipers and the horn work. The heat works and the AC
blows cold.
Mechanically this Jeep Cherokee is top notch. It starts easy and
runs and drives wonderful. The engine is the 4.0L Inline 6 that
runs strong and smooth with no issues or red flags that we found.
It has the AW4 4 Speed Automatic with OD Transmission that shifts
nice. It is mated to the np231 transfer case and the 4WD works like
it should. The rear axle is the Dana 44 with 3.55 gears. The front
axle is the Dana 30 with 3.55 gears. This is all sitting on a nice
factory set of aluminum rims with All terrain tires. This is a
beautiful vehicle!!!
