The 1984 Chevrolet El Camino was a unique vehicle that combined the
utility of a pickup truck with the comfort of a car. Its versatile
design and powerful engine options made it popular among consumers.
Today, the El Camino remains a popular choice for many classic car
and truck collectors.This 84 El Camino Conquista was built at the
Arlington, Texas plant. Somehow it made its way to Kansas where it
resides today. Only 50,000 original miles have been driven and it
is garaged and not driven in inclement weather. The El Camino
Conquista model included a two-tone paint scheme, extra side chrome
trim and a "Conquista" decal on the tailgate and a "Conquista"
nameplate on the passenger side of the dash.The restoration
included new paint, new interior, and a 350 CID crate engine was
installed. This vehicle runs and drives with excellent
performance.The exterior has been repainted and the color is Dark
Autumn Maple Metallic. The roof, side pillars, and top of the bed
is painted a lighter color beige for nice contrast. All chrome and
trim has a nice presentation and is in excellent condition. The
body is straight and solid with no signs of rust or rust repair.The
interior features dark brown vinyl and the seats are brown velour.
Dash is the same brown color as the door panels.The transmission is
automatic. Options include power steering, power brakes, AM/FM
radio, and AC.This El Camino Conquista is in Kansas and is
available for viewing by appointment only. It runs and drives with
excellent performance!
